I received my fish, now what?

Besides doing a little happy dance, you can freeze your shipment, or prepare right away. If you choose to prepare immediately, we recommend a slow thaw of your fish in the refrigerator or running under cold water until thawed.

As you can imagine, shipping logistics all the way from Kodiak, Alaska are the key to getting you the best quality product in the most expedient and efficient way possible. We offer a discounted shipping rate for orders that are shipped via Alaska Air Cargo to any Alaska Air Cargo destination, leaving the responsibility on you to pick up. Our other shipping offer is sending UPS overnight. We will strive to communicate with you every step of the way to make sure your product is shipped and received in the best possible manner to ensure quality and freshness.
